Background: Chartwell Information Publishers began providing solid waste management professionals with a printed directory about solid waste facilities in the United States in the early 1990s.  Hundreds of pages long, the Chartwell Solid Waste Atlas and Directory was definitely not briefcase friendly and obviously could not be used by concurrently by company staff at different locations. Since acquiring this service in 2005, The Envirobiz Group has transformed the Chartwell Solid Waste Atlas & Directory into an online service that customers can access anywhere there is an internet connection.
