Decades ago, regulatory drivers created the specialized market for hazardous waste market and more recently specialized markets became created for e-wastes and universal wastes. Even more changes are coming. So establishing a network on the more traditional solid waste management is an important part of future business development.

One of the focuses of the Chartwell-Envirobiz Waste Industry Summit will also be the emergence of new technology. Some of this technology is applicable to a wide range of waste types and their operating costs are becoming or are competitive with traditional municipal waste management options. In addition, as customers become more orientated toward single source for their waste management needs, it essential to know what happening in the other waste management specialties.
